It is also an effective process for enhancing the development of leaders in learning organisations, and for developing the leadership skills at all levels of an organisation.

Leadership coaching is comprised of a series of sessions which are directed towards the the change you wish to create. The number and duration of the sessions is dependent on the goals that are identified and mapped during the first session.
